We bought 2 houses through Bulgarian Properties several years ago in the Karlovo region. At that time the process was surprisingly painless and professional. Since then Karlovo office has been looking after day-to-day running of pretty much everything to do with the houses: tax returns, builders, furniture purchases etc, etc. We come to Bulgaria twice a year now with the children. I must say that Vanya from the Karlovo office is the loveliest person I've ever met. Perhaps first of all I should say that she is extremely professional, there is nothing too small or too big for her to arrange, she is always available, and we always had this feeling that Vanya is on our side! That aside, I really like Vanya, she is a genuine girl, very honest and straightforward. She should really be training some UK property agents on how to treat customers. I can sometimes be a bit of a pain the butt but Vanya always deals with that too!
