Sunny View North complex is fully completed and has Permission for usage since year 2007. It enjoys a southern exposure and offers a total of 49 apartments for sale, located on six floors, served by a lift and parking area. The views revealed are towards the swimming pool, the resort and the surrounding hills. The apartments are mainly with two bedrooms, though there are also one studio apartment and two one-bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments feature two bathrooms, where one of them is an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom.
