The largest malls in Bulgaria

The commercial premises in the 5 largest trade centers in the city are more than 300 000 sq.m., according to data from Profit.bg.

Four of the five largest malls in Bulgaria are located in the capital Sofia, the fifth one is positioned in the city of Varna.

Paradise Center
This mall is part of the so called "lifestyle malls", which are usually located close to the good residential districts of the cities. These malls offer commercial premises but also various entertainment options – restaurants, cafes, cinema halls, but also bowling halls, ice-skating rings, etc.


The visitors can make use of 1900 parking lots. In 2015 г. the mall will be connected to a new station of Sofia metro, which will be named ‘Paradise’ and which will have direct access to -1 level of the mall.

Sofia Ring Mall
This trade center will be opened in the beginning of November. It is located in immediate proximity to IKEA store and will offer 69 000 sq.m of commercial premises.

The Mall
The mall is located on ‘Tsarigradsko Schousse’ Blvd., at 5 km from the center of the Bulgarian capital and 6 km from the Airport. The Mall is surrounded by more than 150 000 sq.m of modern office premises of class A.

The complex offers to its visitors an easy and fast access 2 800 parking lots. The trade center is positioned on 6 levels with 66 000 sq.m of premises, divided into three underground and three above ground (trade) floors.




The visitors of the mall can use the special tunnel under ‘Tsarigradsko Schousse’ Blvd., which has direct access to the underground level.

Serdika Center
This mall has been opened one month before The Mall (in March 2010). With its area of 51 000 sq.m, this mall was the largest one in the capital Sofia for its time – bigger than Mall Sofia and City Center Sofia with respectively 21 500 sq.m. and 21 000 sq.m. of net area.




The mall offers 210 shops and 1600 parking lots.

Grand Mall Varna
The investment in this trade center was 120 million Euro. On its territory of 50 000 sq.m are located more than 150 shops and 1700 parking lots.




This mall is the largest one in the country, positioned outside the capital Sofia.
