Bulgaria’s Pomorie Municipality To Carry Out Eco And Golf Projects
Pomorie municipality will carry out a number of ecological projects, aiming to turn it into one of the first green regions in Bulgaria.
Projects aim to increase energy efficiency of the municipality, to optimise refuse collection, to aid the setting up of a new road and electricity distribution networks, Pomorie mayor Petar Zlatanov said.
The biggest project involves the construction of a golf course in the town of Kableshkovo.
Black Sea Golf and Country Club already received a first class investment certificate, investor.bg reported.
The complex will feature a golf course, entertainment spots, a four or five-star hotel, golf academy, tennis school, swimming pools and villas.
Investors also plan to take care of the needed infrastructure. The complex will create between 800 and 1000 new work places.
