Vitosha View Complex with record sales of new build apartments

2016-02-15

Vitosha View complex has provoked huge interest by the investors. Only for a month at the end of last year 80% of the apartments in the first two blocks of the complex were reserved, while the two-bedroom apartments were completely sold.

In the first days of this year all apartment sin the first building were sold out, including the two penthouses on the seventh floor with high ceilings up to 4.3 m, large terraces and spectacular views towards Vitosha Mountain.

As a result, the investors accelerated the introduction of the third building in the complex, which provides a choice of 35 new apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.

The contracts for the sale of apartments in the complex signed until now exceed 3.6 million Euros and the interest expressed by the potential buyers exceeds the currently available residential homes.

"This is an outstanding result, which sets a record in the sales of newly constructed apartments. For the first time since 2007 we have an example of a building that is completely sold off-plan," says Polina Stoykova MRICS, Managing Director of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES.

"It seems that Vitosha View complex will become one of the landmark complexes in the Bulgarian capital. It has provoked not only the local interest but also the interest of the international investors. The overall feeling we have is that the buyers have been waiting for precisely such a project to come on the market. Our expectations are to sell the available apartments in buildings 2 and 3 before the beginning of the construction works", says Stoykova.

The largest number of inquiries is for the two-bedroom apartments but the ones that mostly bought are one-bedroom flats which are preferred as an investment. Among the buyers are residents of Sofia city and people who live outside the capital. The foreign interest comes from both foreigners and Bulgarians living abroad, according to the data of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES.

The main advantages of the project are:
• Reasonable prices – starting from 725 EUR /sq.m., where the price of the one-bedroom apartments start at 41 878 EUR;
• Excellent location - at the foot of Vitosha mountain with convenient access to the downtown area, near a shopping center, supermarkets, future metro station "Dragalevtsi" and other amenities;
• Functional distribution and optimal usage of the interior space for comfortable living;
• Modern architecture and luxury construction with high quality materials;
• Excellent investment in a preferred residential area;
• Construction company with extensive experience and excellent reputation.
