Kalin Chernev is the New Regional Manager of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES for Varna Region

He’s taking the challenge after many years of experience in the real estate industry, including as part of the BULGARIAN PROPERTIES team in 2004-2006.

As a Regional Manager, Kalin will be the direct head of the company's office in Varna and a senior management representative on a local level. He will be committed to the business expansion in the region, maintaining and enriching the portfolio of urban and holiday properties, hiring, managing and developing consultants, assisting in the successful closing of deals and everything needed to maintain the processes and provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES.

Kalin Chernev will have a key role in the implementation of the company’s ambitious development plan, which has always had solid positions in Varna and in the resorts on the Northern Black Sea coast. This is a new beginning for BULGARIAN PROPERTIES and for him as a professional with many years of experience and a number of successful deals. He will work closely with the senior management in Sofia, with our regional manager for the beach resorts and with his team in place, will have a leading role and be actively involved in the decision making for the development of our activities in the region.

Education and previous experience

Kalin holds a higher education degree from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" with specialty "Social Psychology".

In 2004, when Kalin joined BULGARIAN PROPERTIES for the first time, he was responsible for deals with holiday and rural properties and worked mainly with foreign clients.

In 2005 he became the manager of the new BULGARIAN PROPERTIES office in Golden Sands at the time. In 2006, he moved and took over the management of the company's office on Slivnitsa Blvd in Varna.

From 2007 to 2018 he developed a real estate business by working successfully with local and foreign clients.

Kalin is the kind of person who makes the most of themselves and provides individual attitude to each client. He strives to conclude every deal with a "win-win" approach, since he believes that only when all involved parties are satisfied, the business is sustainable and lasting relationships with clients and partners are built.
