We're entering November and we can't wait to share with you the agents of the new month, as well as the current trends in the market!

The month of October continued the trend from the summer for very good activity. Deals were concluded in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas (where we have a strong presence both on the market of new construction and on the secondary market), as well as in the sea and mountain resorts. We can point out that the initiated increases in the mortgage interest rates have not yet had a significant impact on the market. Property prices are rising at their fastest rate since 2008, but the general expectation is for a slowdown, as is already being seen on a number of foreign markets.
