We're entering November and we can't wait to share with you the agents of the new month, as well as the current trends in the market!
The month of October continued the trend from the summer for very good activity. Deals were concluded in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas (where we have a strong presence both on the market of new construction and on the secondary market), as well as in the sea and mountain resorts. We can also boast of a number of rural properties have also managed to sell.
We can point out that the initiated increases in the mortgage interest rates have not yet had a significant impact on the market. We have available interest and multiple clients who are actively looking for properties and close deals quickly when they find a suitable property. Overall, the second half of this year has been more successful for property transactions than the first one and we believe this activity will continue until the end of the year.
Property prices are rising at their fastest rate since 2008, but the general expectation is for a slowdown, as is already being seen on a number of foreign markets.
There are less than two months left until the end of this year. We remain focused on closing successful deals for you and completing the ones we've already started.
