🏆🌊 AGENTS OF JULY 2020

🌞 Summer is already in full swing, and the 🏘 real estate market in Bulgaria is also a hot place!

The activity has increased and we are now convincingly returning to the pre-crisis volumes of sales, this time the interest is not only in Sofia and the big cities, but to the whole of Bulgaria, including the sea and mountain resorts, as well as the rural countryside.

Rural houses are becoming the 💥hit of 2020, and the concept of a country house acquires a new and modern meaning with the great properties we offer. Fully furnished, equipped and ready to welcome you immediately for summer vacation or for permanent living!

The sea properties are in their high season and it is not surprising that representatives from our sea offices are among the top agents of the month, but the real surprise comes from Borovets and Bansko, where activity in the summer is growing instead of decreasing.

New projects for residential developments are coming to the market. Some of them are exclusively in BULGARIAN PROPERTIES portfolio and enjoy strong interest breaking sales records.

The efforts we invest in better presentation, digitalization of our services and massive advertising of the properties in our portfolio, lead to impressive results in the form of completed deals and satisfied customers, as well as more and more agents who deserve the title "Agent of the Month".

Let's meet the Agents of July 2020!
