Here they are - the winners of the monthly ranking of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES!
They deserved their honors on the basis of achieved results in the shortest month of the year, which, however, in 2020 set new records for market activity and successfully concluded deals for our company.
From the traditionally preferred new construction dwellings, the demand of which grows constantly, through the bargain properties in the mountain and seaside resorts, first-class holiday homes in premium complexes next to the ski slopes or with seafront location, ultra-luxury estates in Sofia, commercial properties and restaurants ... , all the way to the pretty rural houses - all this and much more was part of our successful deals in the short February.
