We present to your attention five top properties that won our "Property of the day" rating, which we published on our Facebook page last week.

Property of the Day for March 24th is a lovely furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Ivan Vazov district. The luxury and designer furnished apartment is located on the fourth last floor in a brick building. The final price of the property includes a basement of 7 sq.m.

The apartment has a total area of 88.82 sq.m. It is distributed between a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a WC and a balcony (12 sq.m.). The apartment is finished with 5-chamber PVC windows with shutters, tiled and parquet flooring and painted walls.

One of the many advantages of the property is the communicative location in the prestigious district Ivan Vazov, situated close to the city center, yet away from its noise. The price of the apartment is 124,990 Euro.

Property of the Day for March 25th is a nice house with a beautifully landscaped yard, located in quiet area in the preferred residential district of Gorna Banya. The elegant brick house was built in 1986. It has a ground floor and two residential floors. The property is equipped with local gas heating, telephone, internet, security system and cable TV. The house is sold with the furniture.
