The top 5 locations where to buy property in Bansko!

2015-03-06

Andrew Peach, our Bansko estate agent, in an interview revealing the top 5 locations where to buy property in Bansko

Andy, what is the main advantage buying in Bansko compared to the similar resorts in France?

- First of all, the price you are looking at is a lot less and secondly, it is very easy to get around Bansko. There are a lot of developments close to the Gondola cable car. The prices for the ski equipment, dining out and vising clubs - it’s probably half the price compared to the other mountain resorts in Europe.

There is a very good golf course near Bansko as well. One of the main things that changed in the last six years in Bansko, is that the resort is offering all year round activity and becomes bigger and bigger each year – golf, mountain biking, fishing, hiking. There is a lot to do each year and new things come alone.

More tips and insights personally from Andy at A Place in the Sun Live in Manchester, 13th-15h March at Manchester Central, don't miss it! He adds:

- Please pop by our stand! I will be happy to answer any questions regarding buying or selling property in Bulgaria. The time is right to buy, prices are low and the pound is strong. Studios for under 10,000 GBP in Bansko. Look forward to seeing you next week!
