We are glad to share with you that BULGARIAN PROPERTIES celebrates its 10th birthday!
Back in 2003, at the beginning of the property boom, we were among the first few companies to start selling properties in Bulgaria to foreign buyers. We innovated the real estate marketing, bringing it online and through our website promoting our beautiful country to buyers from all over the world.
Through the years we have managed to serve customers from over 50 nationalities and to sell thousands of properties.
We were not scared by the huge market downturn. We can even say that now, when the market has started to recover, we are stronger, more motivated, with much more experience and knowledge, and we are confidently stepping into the new stage of the development of the real estate market in Bulgaria.
