Patreshko village is situated in Northern Bulgaria and is part of Troyan District in Lovech Municipality. The village consists of sixteen neighborhoods and is located approximately 12 km from Troyan, near Momina Mogila peak and not far from a small reservoir. Nearby are placed the villages Oreshak, Gumushtnik and Belish. The village is surrounded by beech, oak and pine forests, abundant wildlife on the northern slopes and farmland on the southern slopes.

In the area there are several Thracian mounds, two ruined fortresses and Skokovete area, where according to the legend are buried treasures. Not far from the village could be found deposits of clay and have been made drillings for oil. Each year in the village is organized a festival with music and dances.
