In the underground car parking there is sprinkler system, which upon the activation of the fire alarm system and the localization of fire, trigger the sprinkler systems mounted on the ceiling. There are two staircases, as required, for the evacuation in case of fire;
• The building is centrally gasified and additionally has a local gas boiler for the heating of the common parts;
• There are three modern high-speed elevators, one of which is a freight one;
• There is preparation for video surveillance at all levels of the building and the adjacent areas;
• Wiring for telephone, internet, security system.

• Height of ceilings: the first two floors, which are designed and built to be accessed by an unlimited number of people - 4 meters and all other office floors - 3.10 m;
• The areas are "open space", allowing efficient distribution of the working places;
• The finishing works of the common areas and the facade are of high quality materials - granite, etalbond, aluminum, curtain walls;
• Double ceiling, where can be mounted high and low voltage installations, which will provide flexible and mobile distribution of the working points as well as options for quick and convenient redistribution;
• Modern and quality windows for enough natural light.
Location
The area has excellent infrastructure and convenient location on a main boulevard, with easy access to public transport and with convenient approach to the building itself; no negative impact buildings in the area (industrial buildings, cemeteries, prisons, landfills, etc.).
The price per square meter is 7.5 euro + 1.5 euro (the maintenance fee), excluding VAT. The free offices are two - on floor 6 (244.87 sq.m) and on floor 7 (260.56 sq.m), the second one has two toilets and can be divided into two parts.
