The air is so pure and the water of exceptional mineral quality. The area is known for its natural water fountains and you can stop and drink from various places. The water quality in house is also exceptional.

The property is just full of charm and offers a quiet, laid-back and relaxing lifestyle.

Land:
The land extends to 1300 m². In front of the main entrance is a white wine vine on its own trellis. To the left, in front of the summer kitchen, is a red wine vine. The borders of the property have a large fruit garden and a walnut growing area. The cottage offers privacy, peace and quiet, yet the benefit of some friendly people to keep an eye on the place when you’re not there.

House:
The house is of a decent size, 80 m² and offers a hallway, a kitchenette, a living room with wood burner and three bedrooms. Plus the summer kitchen, 16 m². There is mains water and electricity connected to the house.

The roof has recently been redone and all tiles are in place and there are not any roof leaks. Floors are concrete, with the exception of the summer kitchen. With the mains water connected, it will be a simple matter to install a modern bathroom and kitchen, if required.
