Priselci is 10 minutes drive from Obzor, a seaside town with much development in progress. The village is known for its clean and fresh air, proximity to the sea and well-developed infrastructure. There are quite a few new, high quality houses that have been recently built or renovated and some older ones in need of repair. A small church has been built and paid for by the local inhabitants. Pavements are currently being upgraded at the north end of the village. There is one small shop and plenty of farm animals running free. A cultural center has been opened at the north end of the village – it’s expected to run traditional folk dancing evening and various outdoor activities.

The house we offer, is two storey, with total area of 189 sq.m and an adjacent plot of 900 sq.m. The construction is solid, walls are internally insulated, window frames are multiple glazed, with wood-imitating PVC profiles, basement structure is reinforced, quality roof tiles.The house is heated by fireplace with interconnected water radiators in every room, plus there are air-conditioners.

RESERVATION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
