Rish village is located in a mountain area in North-eastern Bulgaria and is a part of Smyadovo municipality. The village is set at the center of the triangle formed by the three largest reservoirs in Bulgaria- Ticha, Kamchija and Tsonevo. There is a school in the village, as well as a big kindergarten, a medical center, a library, shops and a regular bus service. The village is conveniently located 10-20 min away from the three reservoirs, 42 km away from Shumen, 20 km away from Smyadovo, 75-80 km away from Burgas and 100 km from Varna.

This 2-storey house is built of stone and sun-dried brick:
Sub groundfloor- a cellar occupying the whole area below the house;
First floor- consists of small glass verandah, a living room with a kitchen, a corridor and a bedroom.
Second floor-two bedrooms.

The yard is flat and is 1750 sq.m with a garage, some farm buildings, vine trellis and fruit trees. There is a well and water in the yard. The property offers views to the surrounding hills.

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You can reserve this house immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 500 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
