A chance to enjoy the beautiful rural surroundings

This two storey rural house is located in a picturesque village 55 km away from the second largest town in Bulgaria-Plovdiv. It is often referred as the city of the seven hills and as the cultural capital of the country. The famous ski resort Pamporovo is located at the distance of 100 km and 10 km away from the village is the well developed town of Parvomai.

The property in short consists of a two storey house with total living area of 140 sq. m, an outbuilding, a parking lot and a garden vast 1340 sq. m.

Ground floor: The living area here is distributed between two rooms and a closet.
First floor: An outer staircase leads to it. Here you will find an entance hall and four rooms.
The walls of the house are made of stones and red bricks and the frames of the windows are wooden. Also there is additionally one terrace.

The garden is planted with fruit trees and vine trellies. It enjoys lovely views towards the mountains and the village surroundings.

The house is in bad condition. It needs renovation of the roof and one of the walls.The property is supplied with electricity and running water – inside and outside the dwelling. A plus is the presence of internal bathroom which also needs repairing. The road is a dirt one but it is accessible during the whole year.

The village itself is middle-sized and it offers facilities like shops, a café, a church, a health service and a regular bus transport. The region is suitable for village tourism and mountaineering because it is nicely located in the foot of Rhodopi Mountains and it is popular with its rich archeological heritage dating back to the Thracians. Also, one can enjoy fishing in the dams nearby and in the river that passes through the village.
