The terrain is irregular in shape, with displacement, as a result of which retaining walls have been built. In the area under the terrace in front of the main lobby there are four garages.
• First basement level - night bar with terrace, ski storage, storage, engine room for ventilation system.
• Second basement level - indoor pool, sauna, changing rooms with showers and toilets, warehouses, gym, medical office.
• First floor - four rooms, apartment, conference hall, maid's office.
• Second and third floors - apartment, five hotel rooms and a maid's office.
• Fourth floor - four hotel rooms, an apartment, a penthouse and a maid's office.
• Fifth floor - luxury apartment with terrace, penthouse and bar with terrace.
• Sixth floor - warehouses.
