Description of the property:
The property consists of 2 production units and one administrative unit with the total built up area of 30000sq.m. Each production unit is a separate reinforced concrete structure which consists of 12 working halls occupying 1000 sq.m. Additionally there is a special storage room occupying 800 sq.m for sorting and packaging of the ready production. All the working halls are connected by walkways providing optimal conditions for production. There are several service units: administrative unit, feed mill production unit, feed mill storage unit, equipment storage unit etc. There is an own water supply and a water pump with supply volume of 5l per sec. For extra water storage there is a large concrete water tank. Electricity is supplied by two energy sources provided from three autonomic substations. Production description:
The farm is licensed and operational. At presence there are 40000 laying hens and 15000 adolescent chickens. The ready production is distributed in the major food stores hotel supply chains.
