July brought us bright achievements and great recognition! Our website received 🎖 awards from the jury and from users for Website of the Year in the Annual Awards of imoti.net! In addition, consumers once again voted for us and helped us witn the prize Agency of the Year, and our top agent 🙋‍ Rosen Stankov received the prestigious Broker of the Year award for hi impressice amount of sales in Modera Residence complex. 👏 Thank you for your trust and for helping us set higher and higher standards in our work!

Over the past month we managed to present to your attention a number of new 🏢 development projects and excellent new properties from all around Bulgaria. Deserved attention was given to the second phase of the complex Park View Residence which was put on the market for sale and where the available units are decreasing fast.
