BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Agents of April 2020

❄ A snowy start to 🌷 spring, a sharp switch from 💥 boom mode to crisis - it seems that 2020 has brought us many surprises and challenges. But we are convinced that we will cope with them!

March was a two-speed month - an extremely 📈 dynamic market in the first half and a 📉 pause after the announced state of emergency. Accordingly, by mid-month, we were moving at the usual pace of active sales, and after that the activity declined as expected.

But it should be noted that even now, during the state of emergency and with very limited opportunities to work, meet with 👫 clients and conduct property viewings, we continue to conclude deals and publish new attractive properties for sale and rent throughout Bulgaria.

The winners of our monthly ranking are all colleagues who have the biggest number of sales in March, as well as those who manage to conclude deals even during the state of emergency.
As it can be seen, there are representatives from almost all our offices in the country, which shows that there is interest and that the market has a chance to return to normal sales once the epidemic is controlled.
