The company was founded in 2005. It is specialized in the production of wood pellets, processing of wood and wood products.

It is specialized in the production and processing of timber and wood products.
The company has a warehouse, factories for processing, drying for timber, line for the production of pellets and wood products.
Production activities carried out in several directions:
- Piles of vines from acacia, suitable for vineyards, fences, farm yards, etc. Main customers are French companies - large winemakers, vineyards owners and large French agricultural cooperatives. The whole production is imported for French market. The company has an established position on the French market and long-standing clients.
- High quality wood pellets from acacia, beech and oak, suitable for industrial and domestic use. The company has a new line for the production of pellets with a capacity of 1 ton/hour. Pellets are produced with high quality and sold in Germany, Greece and Bulgaria.
- Lumber of coniferous and deciduous trees, for construction, furniture industry and details for pellets.

PRODUCTION BASE is located in the town of Opaka (near Popovo), Targovishte municipality
Enclosed production area of 22,108 square meters.
Half of the work area is concreted and can be used for external storage. The whole area is surrounded by a metal fence.
The built-up area is 2600 sq.m.:
- checkpoint of 90 sq.m. (brick building), equipped with a new automotive electronic scale up to 50 tons
- 2 manufacturing buldings x 763 sq.m. (brick buildings with insulation, ventilation and heating )
- Warehouse 323 sq.m. (brick building)
- Covered storage - 585 sq.m with metal constructure.
