Liberalization of freight transportation regime between Bulgaria and Russia

TASS reports that Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev has approved with a decree the draft changes in the treaty for international vehicle transportation, contracted in 1995 between Russia and Bulgaria. Trying to liberalize the freight transportation regime, the changes envisage free transit cargos through their territory, unlike the current situation with special permits. The changes will allow to Russian carriers to expand the geography of their vehicle freight transportation to other European countries, TASS comments.
