Economic growth in Bulgaria accelerated, reaching 3.9 percent during third quarter of year
								                        	 Bulgaria’s GDP has gone up in the third quarter of 2017 by  0.9 percent compared to the previous three months, registering a 3.9 percent  year-on-year rise, National Statistical Institute data indicate.
Bulgaria’s GDP has gone up in the third quarter of 2017 by  0.9 percent compared to the previous three months, registering a 3.9 percent  year-on-year rise, National Statistical Institute data indicate.
The National Statistical  Institute data on a yearly basis have also remained unrevised, marking a 3.9 percent  economic growth, after the 3.7 increase in the April-June period. This is the  best economic growth rate since the end of 2016, when the GDP marked a 4  percent increase year-on-year. The data from the third quarter correspond to  the European Commission\'s autumn forecast which put Bulgaria’s GDP growth rate for this year at  3.9 percent – a far cry from the EC’s spring forecast of 2.9 percent.
