Pravets Golf & Spa Resort: the accommodation units
Pravets Golf & Spa has three types of accommodation units that are designed in such a way as to provide unsurpassed quality and sublime living. The townhouse area comprises of 68 units that could be two types, duplex and quadriplex. This zone of the resort provides higher standards for people who are looking for a weekend getaway and is fully featured with maintenance, as well as security and limited access for owners only to provide a feeling of privacy and relaxation.
The apartment blocks are four in number, set on the northern shore of the lake and offer units that enjoy waterfront views. The apartments could vary from studios to one- and two-bedrooms. They are reasonably priced and built using the same high-quality materials and finest decorations as the townhouses.
The luxurious villas occupy the more secluded area of the southern end, just a few meters from the shores of the lake. They could be seven types and are all designed to satisfy the needs of the most exigent investors. These properties are equipped with private swimming-pools and own garages.
All townhouses, luxurious villas and apartment blocks are beautifully integrated in the numerous park alleys of the complex and are all close to the lake, giving relaxed atmosphere and picturesque views. The development further provides excellent opportunities for entertainment and sports, available onsite, namely:

Pravets Hotel is a distinctive and much luxurious hotel with total number of 240 accommodation units, of which 212 rooms, 8 executive rooms, 10 one-bedroom apartments, plus 6 one bedroom suites and 4 two-bedroom suites. The hotel offers all features and services one could think of, aiming to satisfy even the most demanding clients.

Pravets Golf & Spa features a golf facility that corresponds to the world’s best examples in that sphere. It aims to be one of the best golf clubs in Eastern Europe and features 18-hole PGA standard championship golf courses, equipped with large driving range and putting green.
Pravets Golf & Spa provides the full functionality that is needed for international tournaments, while offering perfect possibility for training and practice of beginners. The course harmoniously blends with the surrounding landscape and is a classic Par 72 with two starting and finishing holes and a total length of 6510 meters from the back trees. Most of the holes come with alternative routes of attack and if a golfer successfully executes a shot over the difficulty route, the player is rewarded accordingly. Of course, a safer alternative is always available, so that the conservative player can act safe. Pravets Golf & Spa is designed in such a way as to allow players of all abilities to enjoy a very playable and scenic golf course equipped with all the amenities of the best public courses on the planet.
The golf course will start functioning in June 2010 (only 9 holes) and in October 2010 all 18 holes will be ready.
Pravets Golf & Spa Resort: beyond the golf
Pravets Golf & Spa is suitable not only for playing golf, but also for conducing seminars and conferences, as well as various important company meetings. The conference halls in the hotel have capacity from 11 to 450 seats that are fully equipped with the latest technology. Besides that, Pravets Hotel features also two fine restaurants (Main and Gourmet), a lobby and a stylish Spa bar. There are extensive sports and recreation facilities over an area of 3,000 sq.m that feature a wide range spa, thalasso-therapy, fitness ang gym, steam baths and saunas, plus covered swimming pool. The hotel also offers a golf simulator to its guests.
In close proximity to the complex is situated Pravets Sports Complex where are available a multifunctional sports hall, football fields, four basketball and volleyball playgrounds and three tennis courts, that provide excellent opportunities for training and preparation of various sports teams.

Pravets is a small but much appealing town located some 50 km (45 min drive) outside Sofia in north-eastern direction, on the Hemus highway. Set in the foothills of the Balkan range, Pravets is surrounded by forests and lovely hills, providing crisp mountain air. The region is famous for its traditional architecture and cultural heritage. Close to Pravets, on the way to Etropole settlement is located the monastery St. Theodor Tiron. The climate in Pravets is characterized with mild winter and cool summer, ideal for relaxation during all seasons.
The resort is set 120 km from the ski resort of Borovets and 380 km to the summer resort of Varna via highway.

Pravets Golf & Spa Resort: Maintenance (compulsory):
The organization and management of the maintenance of Pravets Golf & Spa is provided by the developers. All apartment and house owners will be obliged to pay an annual maintenance charge of 10 EUR per square meter of their apartments excluding VAT. This includes the following services:
• Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the communal areas, the gardens and the swimming pool.
• Expenses for water, electricity and internet of the communal areas.
• Maintenance of the common parts.
• 24-hour on-site security.
• Standard repairs arising from the normal use of the building.

Pravets Golf & Spa Resort: the investor
The company investor of Pravets Golf & Spa has 10-year experience with investing and operation in recreational and real-estate developments. It has founded the seasonal recreation chain of hotels ‘Helios HG’, which includes a number of hotels on the Black Sea Coast. The name of the developing company stands for competency gained through the experience on the Bulgarian real-estate and recreational market.
Payment Plans
Standard payment plan
• 5 % reservation deposit, non-refundable.
• at least 30 % when signing the preliminary contract
• the rest of the sum to be paid within the next 6 months upon certification of the contract before a notary public.
Reservation of Apartments & Houses:
Any apartment and house in Pravets Golf & Spa can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable holding deposit of 5 % of the purchase price, payable by credit card or bank transfer. Signing of a preliminary contract is to follow within the next month.
