I've sold 2 properties in Bulgaria with Yuliana Kurteva (of Bulgarian Properties) who works in the Varna office. One of the sales was particularly difficult as there were a few boundary issues involving part of the land on the property. Yuliana worked very hard to ensure that the issues were legally resolved and that the deal was completed. She dealt with local land registry and kept both myself and the buyer informed of the progress on the sale. She is the best at what she does. If you have a property or land to sell in Bulgaria, Yuliana Kurteva will sell it!

This was a village house sale with old drawings so not the easiest sale. The buyer also had many questions, however, Sergey worked very hard and finally the sale was completed very smoothly. I am really grateful to him for making the sale a success and for dealing with all its problems.
