I purchased a property in Bansko, the service was excellent. The process was completely stress free thanks to the superb, friendly and professional service provided in my case by Andrew Peach. I would recommend Bulgarian Properies to anyone contemplating buyinga property in Bulgaria.

We purchased a property in Bansko from Andrew Peach at Bulgarian Properties. We could not recommend Andy enough for the service we received from beginning to end. Andy guided us through every stage from prompt answering of e mails, to legal advice to collecting and dropping off at the airport. Andy's local knowledge helped us when choosing furniture. I recently purchased a property through Bulgarian Properties in Bansko.

The service was excellent. Andy took time to understand my requirements and provided a short list of properties, all of which matched my requirements and made the viewings quick and effective. The company was always responsive, replying to emails/phone enquiries very quickly. They assisted me through the legal/notary service and provided great after sales service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Andy and the team.

We sold our property the sale was today through Bulgarian Properties.
Dimitar the local Sozopol Agent was excellent . We found he had a lot of experience.
The service was very professional yet personal to our needs
We were very pleased with the service and that Bulgarian Properties found us a buyer and helped us from start to finish with the process.

I had tried to sell my Bansko apartment with a few companies over the years,even at a reduced price,without any sucsess.
Bulgarian Properties were completly different,Andrew Peach,the Bansko agent,who is from the UK was excellent,as was the solicitor Ivaylo.
If you emailed them,or phoned them they replied straight away,unlike the other companies,who would take ages to respond.
Andrew Peach got me a good price for my apartment,cosidering its faults and the state of the market at the moment.
