We have just purchased a house in Molina Bulgaria. We did this through the Varna office and the staff were very friendly and professional. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble with them, all the legalities were very straightforward with no hidden extras. We think that with Bulgarian Properties, what you see is what you get.
