Summary: Mihail Chobanov is the co-founder and Managing Director of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES – the leading Bulgarian real estate agency.

Mihail was born in 1975 in the town of Elhovo, southeastern Bulgaria. He graduated high school in his home town and then graduated from the Bourgas Free University School of Law after which he specialized and practiced abroad. Mihail Chobanov joined the Sofia Bar Association in 2002.

Mihail Chobanov and Nikola Stoyanov founded BULGARIAN PROPERTIES in 2003, as the company became the leading real estate company in Bulgaria working with foreign property buyers. Currently it is the absolute leader in terms of the number of concluded deals around the country.

Together with Nikola Stoyanov they are also the owners of LUXIMOTI – real estate agency for sale and rent of luxury properties in Bulgaria and abroad; of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BG – property management and maintenance company; of FURNISH BG – furnishing and interior design company; of BusinessForSale.BG – organization for business consulting, mergers and acquisitions; of Chobanov & Stoyanov development company, etc.

Mihail is an expert in the field of real estate in Bulgaria, as he is often invited to participate in various programs and comment in the biggest media in Bulgaria and abroad the development of the property market and real estate investment outlooks. He has considerable experience as a real estate agent, consultant, investor and manager of construction projects.
