Mall Vidin to Open Doors in Couple of Months
The official opening of Mall Vidin will be in October or November this year, Invest Properties told Profit.bg.
65% of the premises are already rented out.
The mall is situated in the city's main square, opposite the cathedral. It has four storeys, total built up area of 9,000 square meters and commercial area of 6,000 square meters.
The mall will feature 60 shops, as well as offices and coffee shops. The size of the shops will vary from 4 to 1,000 square meters.
A total of 6 mln euros has been invested in the project.
Vidin expects its economy to be revived by the construction of Danube Bridge – 2. The first sod on the construction of a Technopolis store was turned at the beginning of this month and a Technomarket store will open doors by the end of 2008.
