12.04.2007 BULGARIA`S COASTAL RESORT ALBENA INTRODUCES CAR FEES

The daily fee - worth BGN 2 by the end of April, BGN 3 by the end of May and BGN 4 in the period from June to September - is paid at the main checkpoint of the resort upon departure. The price for commercial vehicles - busses and trucks - is set at BGN 10.
Those who will have the pleasure to spend about a month in the resort will find the season tickets offered much more suitable and cheap to use. Prices range from BGN 20 per month in April to BGN 50 per month from June to September. The fees for bus and truck drivers will increase from BGN 30 per month in April to BGN 70 for the period from June to September.
The fees collection system will remain in force until the end of the summer season.

The Bulgarian government has decided to give the airport in Balchik to the Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications. The government intends to turn it into a civil airport.

The average price of the rural houses BULGARIAN PROPERTIES sold since the beginning of 2012 is 15,500 Euro, while for the same period last year it was 18,900 Euro. The price remains similar to that in the last quarter of 2011 - 15,600 Euro. In the last couple of months there are fewer deals with rural properties compared to the beginning of 2011 which is mainly due to the harsh winter weather.
