CONSTRUCTION OF DANUBE BRIDGE STARTS OFFICIALLY ON 13TH MAY 2007
The regional governor of Vidin Mr. Krsato Spasov region invites all citizens and guest of the town to attend the official start of the construction works of the Danube Bridge II. The official ceremony will be opened by the Prime minister of the Republic of Bulgaria- Mr Segei Stanishev at 12.00 PM on May 13th 2007.
The event is organized by the Ministry of transport and the executor company from Spain – FCC.
The bridge will be 1971 metres long and will offer road and railway line.
The project is planed to be completed for 38 months and will cost 99 955 948.03 Euro.
