06.02.2007 ENGLISHMEN BUY HOUSES NEAR JILENTSI, KYUSTENDIL REGION

Englishmen have bought the five completely built houses of the exurban town that is being constructed near the Village of Jilentsi, Kyustendil Region. It is located on area of 3 decares, and the construction of another five two-storey tourist houses is to start soon.

“There is great interest in the construction of exurban towns in the populated places near towns or cities. A design for the village of Lozno has also been completed.” – said Maya Kozhuharova - Chief Architect of the Municipality.

Investors show interest in lots and buildings of the former condenser factory in Kyustendil. Three shops for production of slippers, paper and shoes have been bought. 150 working places are expected to be open.

Unique mosaic discovered in Stara Zagora

A unique mosaic was discovered by archaeologists in the city of Stara Zagora in Bulgaria.
