"Businessmen from England, the USA and Israel also intend to invest in SPA hotels and complexes in Hissarya" adds the Mayor Makaveev further.
Five new hotels are being built at the moment and construction licences for another eight hotels have been issued.
"Hissarya Municipality is not the owner of large plots of land, that's way foreign companies buy directly from the local owners. Only in 2006, 30 ha of land were sold to foreign companies", adds Mayor Makaveev.

The deals with properties in Vidin (Northwestern Bulgaria) are increasing, as for some of the quarters this year the increase is up to 80%. This is what Polina Stoykova – operations manager in a real estate agency – told Radio Focus -Vidin.
