Construction update about Mont Blanc 1 & 2 in Bansko
Mont Blanc apartments in Bansko: Construction is going exactly as planned. Mont Blanc 1 is now at its final stage of finishing. The main work has been done already.
MONT BLANC 1 - FINISHING WORKS
As you can see from the photo, the whole building has been finished, all walls rendered, roof-tiles are put, all double glazing is put, all internal walls are smoothplastered and painted. Common parts of the building, WC's and bathrooms have been tiled. Still to cover the floors in living rooms and bedroom. The developer has started putting the fence. Also, the parking lot in front of the building is now in process of finishing.
There a pretty good chances that the sports centre at the basement floor will start operating in Feb 2005 as well.
MONT BLANC 2 - SHELL STAGE
The second part of Mont Blanc is now at shell stage. Developers are now covering all outer walls with highly effective insulation material to keep the heat of the building during the cold winter months.
Good news for all clients interested in buying here: the developers have managed to split the extra large apartments of Mont Blanc 2 into smaller apartments which will be priced lower and will be easier to rent out to tourists.
The ambitions of the developers are to cover the whole building and put the roof until Feb 2005, when first skiers are expected to come in Mont Blanc 1
