22.11.2007 Company Invests 45 mln Euro in Sozopol Resort

A Bulgarian residential and second home developer and a property management company announced the launch of a 45 mln euro resort development near Bulgaria’s Sozopol, on the Black Sea.

The Sozopolis vacation complex will be located on the Kolokita cape, 2 km south of Sozopol.

The development will accommodate 186 property units - 56 semi-detached and 21 single-family houses, shops, eateries, hotel and spa, on a footprint of 8.85 ha. The complex will have a built-up area of 34,000 sq m.
The areas of the single-family houses start from 260 sq. m. and they also have a big yard. The one- and two-bedroom apartments range from 60 to 145 sq m while the three-bedroom apartments range between 160 and 167 sq m.

Prices start from 2,000 euro/sq. m. without taxes.

Bulgaria's budget deficit has declined by 46% in the first three quarters of 2011 year-on-year, according to latest data of the Finance Ministry.
