The Grand Sirena Development will receive Act 15 (document which ascertains that the building is fully finished) within days. The financing of the grand investment comes from a Danish bank. Executor of the project is the Bourgas-based company Eurobuilding Engineering.

The holiday development is set less than 350 meters from the beach. All apartments in Grand Sirena are sold fully finished and with fitted kitchens. Property management and maintenance are provided by the company Property Management BG Ltd. The annual maintenance fee will be 10 EUR/sq.m. The fees for all management services will be 350 Euros for a studio and 400 Euros for 1 & 2 bedroom apartments per year.
