20.04.2007 BULGARIA OPENS SUMMER 2007 SEASON

This is the first time ever that the summer season is given the go-ahead that early. The event will be marked by a ceremony at the Golden Sands coastal resort, to be attended by Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev.
Official estimates forecast a 6.4% rise in the number of foreign tourists coming to Bulgaria this summer year upon year, mainly thanks to the great interest of Russian tourists.

Experts report of yet another month of decrease in prices of offices in Bulgaria. In 3Q 2011 rental rates in the new office buildings in Sofia dropped by 3.6% compared to the previous quarter. The deals with properties in Vidin (Northwestern Bulgaria) are increasing, as for some of the quarters this year the increase is up to 80%. This is what Polina Stoykova – operations manager in a real estate agency – told Radio Focus -Vidin.
