Bansko – one of the most popular ski destinations
In the last few years Bulgaria’s resort of Bansko proved to be one of the best places for buying a holiday home. Apart from the hotels, residential developments and lifts the resort is also to have a modern infrastructure that will facilitate considerably the access to it.
In view of the dynamic construction of residential complexes the clients are offered finished apartments or detached family houses. Most of the developments are located very close to the slopes and the lifts.
The prices of apartments start from 1,200 and can get to 1,600 euro per square meter depending on the size of the property and its level of luxury.
For the family houses the price per square meter can be a little higher if the client has special demands regarding the furnishing or other details.
All development companies offering properties in the area have very flexible and suitable payment plans. Both apartments and houses are often offered fully furnished as in most cases the furnishing has a couple of years’ guarantee.
