BULGARIAN PROPERTIES presented their annual contribution awards in a ceremony that was part of the company Christmas party. It was held on 19th December in one of Sofia's premium party halls. The ceremony was attended by the company's associates from all the offices around the country. The awards were handed out by the company’s Managing Directors – Mihail Chobanov and Nikola Stoyanov in a festive and cheerful atmosphere. Here are the winners in all the categories:

• The Highest Number of Property Sales for the second time was earned by our Sunny Beach Office and Tsvetan Petrakiev as its Regional Manager
  
  
• In the category Most Expensive Apartment Sale 2008 the winner is our Varna Office with Regional Manager Evgeni Zlatev
  
  
• Most Expensive Land Sale in 2008 was made by our Bourgas Office with Regional Manager Nevena Tsvetkova
  
  
• Our Kardjali Office made the Most Expensive House Sale in 2008
  
  
• Sergey Pelovski from the Head Office won the prize for Highest Number of Online Sales in 2008
  
  
• The award for Best New Office in 2008 went to our Sofia Rentals Office
  
  
• And, the Best New Sales Manager prize deserved our colleague from the Residential and Commercial Properties Office in Sofia - Konstantin Kalachev .
