The Money Is in Properties Abroad

www.realnews.gr

Mr. Dimitrios Tourikis Director of Bulgarian Properties Hellas says: “At this moment due to the global financial crisis the prices of properties in Bulgaria have dropped by up to 40% which in fact is a tremendous investment opportunity with zero risk and future attractive returns”.

Supporting his position he also says “Today you cannot find cheaper properties in any other European country and like we all know Bulgaria has been an EU member since 2007 and the currency (Leva) is pegged to the Euro (1.95). One Euro buys almost 2 Leva”.

It is important to note that most of the investors are middle-class citizens, more often public officials. Greek investors are also focusing their attention on Bansko for two reasons: firstly, for the attractive pricing and secondly, for the short distance from Athens (about 6 hours). The same source notes that prices of one-bedroom flats in Bansko start from 28,000 Euro.

Furthermore, the services which BULGARIAN PROPERTIES include the provision of management of the properties (with a net return of 6-8%) thus creating one more reason for the Greeks to find a safe shelter on the Bulgarian property market (Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora), especially in these difficult times we are going through.
