The village is about 6 km away from Berkovitsa, just over 10 km away from the existing ski piste there. You can also take advantage of the mineral springs (where one of the most popular mineral water brands is bottled), family complexes with swimming pools and a small crystal clear river which passes through the village. The well-known Klisura monastery is just a few kilometers away.
The village is with population of nearly 1700 people. There are shops, cafes, a church, a police department, health service, public transport.
