The village of Kovachite is located in southeastern Bulgaria and is part of Sliven Municipality, being located only 15 km from the town and 4 km from the Sliven Mineral Baths. Situated on the slopes of Sredna Gora Mountain, the village has a short winter and enjoys a cool summer. In the village are to be found a kindergarten, a primary school, a community center and a church, as well as a grocery store and a cafe.
Since the village is small, the real estate properties offered for sale here are not many, but still there are offers for family houses, villas, and plots of land.
