Its built-up area is 471.38 sq.m. and the total built-up area - 877.53 sq.m. A permission for construction ¹ 6 15.06.2011 is granted.
The building consists of two parts:
High - "Guest house." It has 5 floors and it has been designed according to the requirements of the three-star hotels. It will be furnished in the luxury-boutique spirit of the mill. On the first floor /level 0.00/ there is a foyer with reception, service premises and an exhibition hall of ethnographic and mummers costumes. On the second floor /level +4.00 / there are two separate rooms with a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet. Each of them opens onto the wooden terrace of the mill. On the third floor /level +6.90 / there is a private room with a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet. On the fourth /level +9.80 / and the fifth floors /level +12.30 / there is a room, type maisonette – first level with a living room, a bathroom and a toilet and in the dome – a bedroom. The total number of beds per night - 8 +2 additional.
Low - "Restaurant" with a dining room and a place for gustation - 50 seats, a party bar-garden - 50 seats and a bar-tent on the roof – 30 seats. The roof is flat and planted with grass, flowers and plants. There is a terrace for walk to the wheel of the mill. The lovely panorama is directed to the whole dam. In front of the outside terrace there is a "Playground" planned to be built and below the summer bar there are two professional courses for playing "Petank" with tables for the players. The courses are designed according to the requirements for conducting international club tournaments. 28 parking spaces on the illuminated parking lot are provided for the visitors. A large and modern kitchen, warehouses, a workshop and a boiler room are designed to be built, too. The energy efficiency of the building is very close to "A" class. The heating is underfloor- water, automated and combined with a heat pump, solar collectors, a boiler with solid fuel and pellets. The project electric power is only 45 sq/h. The complex has its own treatment plant and a discharge permit.
