BULGARIAN PROPERTIES offers categorized guest house for rent in the village of General Kantardzhievo, Municipality Varna, 20 km northeast of Varna. The beach near the village of Kranevo is 4 km, Albena - 6 km, Golden Sands - 10 km.

The Guest House is separate and has 16 places for rent. Guests use three floors of accommodation with 1studio and 6 rooms:

Ground floor:
Living area with kitchen / dishwasher, washing machine, oven, glass ceramic hob with 4 hot plates, microwave oven, refrigerator, fireplace / recreation room with sofas and coffee table, tennis room - a tennis table, sticks and network, fitness equipment; bathroom with shower.

Second floor:
studio-1 bedroom, 1 extendable sofa, TV, a wardrobe, baby crib - cradle, 1 table, 4 chairs, dining table, refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub.
Capacity 2 +2.

Third floor:
-1 Triple room with double bed and single bed, a TV, table with 2 chairs, plastic chairs on the terrace;
-1 Double room with 2 beds, 2 tables, 1 TB, 1 wardrobe, table with 2 chairs;
-1 Double room with double bed, bathroom, wardrobe, table with 2 chairs, plastic chairs on the terrace.
-Bathroom in the hallway that is shared by the guests in the triple room and the room with two beds.
Capacity 7.

Fourth floor:
-1 Triple room with double bed and one single bed , a TV, table with 2 chairs, plastic chairs on the terrace;
-1 Double room with 2 beds,1 TV, 1 wardrobe, table with 2 chairs /;
-1 Double room with double bed, bathroom, a wardrobe, table with 2 chairs, plastic chairs on the terrace /.
-Bathroom in the hallway that is shared by the guests in the triple room and the room with two beds.

All rooms have balconies.

Reservation
The Guest House can be booked immediately by paying 30% of the rental price. The remaining amount due to on the day of accommodation.

Rental price
The rental price for one month stay is 1500 EUR.
The rental price for one week stay is 590 EUR.

The announced price includes: consumable costs for electricity, water, satellite TV, cleaning and change of bed linen once a week, use of barbecue, garage, playground, parking, sunbeds, maintenance of the garden, assistance from the Villa Manager.
