Two-storey building in village 40 km from Sandanski

We are selling an old house in the village of Vrakupovitsa, about 40 km from Sandanski. The village is situated in Maleshevska Mountain, 826 m altitude. The nature in the region is perfectly preserved and very beautiful. The distance to the Bulgarian-Greek border Kula / Promahon is 60 km and to Sofia - 195 km.

The two-storey building was built in 1950. It has been used as a school for many years. The built-up area is 76.43 sq.m., the total area of the house is 152.86 sq.m. It consists of a spacious premise with high ceilings on the the first /ground/ floor and 3 rooms on the second floor. The two floors are connected by an external concrete staircase with metal railing.

The walls are from brick, lime plaster. The floors and window frames are wooden. There is available electricity, but no plumbing and drainage. Bathroom can be built on the first floor, water can be supplied from the neighbouring properties.

The house needs repair. It is possible to reconstruct the first floor as a living room with a fireplace, kitchenette and a dining zone and the premises of the second floor can be used as bedrooms.
