This solid house is situated in a mountain village of Hvoyna located 29 km from the ski resort of Pamporovo and 50 km from the city of Plovdiv. The village is situated on the one of the widest and most beautiful valley in the Rhodope Mountains. From all sides the valley is surrounded by mountain ranges.
