The Municipality has its own water reservoirs in the population centers Vassil Levski village and Tsar Assen village, which are at a distance of 12 km from Alfatar town. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
