This fully renovated lovely house is located in Marchevo Village, part of Popovo Municipality, Targovishte region. The village of Marchino occupies North-East of Bulgaria and its location is only 30 km from Targovishte and 125 km from Varna and the Black Sea. The population of the village counts 121 people.

Marchevo dates back from the ancient times and there are still historical evidence of old ages. There are many well preserved typical Bulgarian houses in the village. Marchevo is also a great place for fishing, because the River Cherni Lom crosses the village. Great part of the village surroundings is occupied by beech forest and especially the north end of Marchevo, known as Kainluka.

THE HOUSE
This two-storey rural house was built in 1940 year and comprises of 3 bedrooms. Each floor spreads over 65 sqm and the total size of the house is 130 sqm. There is a plot of land that belongs to this offer of 760 sqm.
