This big two-storey brick house is situated in small quiet town close to the famous Rila Monastery, only 18 km away. The town is at a distance 18 km to Blagovrad and only 85 km distant from the capital Sofia. It is situated close to the centre of the town. The house has a living area of 120 sq.m. and a small plot – 100 sq.m. In the garden there are some fruit trees.
On the first floor there are a entrance, a corridor, 5 rooms and a kitchen. In the end of the corridor is located the bathroom/toilet. The second floor is attic floor (there is another room which is unfinished yet).
The house need work to be done but our local team will fully assist with all the necessary work on it.

The electricity, running water (inside and outside), main drainage and telephone line are available.
The house is solid, spacious and in good condition. The views from the balcony is more then fantastic,even you can see the hole village.
There is a river passing through the town which gives you the chance to go fishing,walking,climbing and enjoy your vacation. Some basic furniture is including in the price. The road to the property is asphalt.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. The town is small and has all the amenities (shops, coffee-bar, restaurant with amazing view to Rila mountain)
